MA Tao is associate professor of environment management at Fudan University where he teaches and does research on climate change and low carbon economy, environment and trade, regional sustainable development. Dr. MA received his Ph.D.in ecology from Fudan University, completed Post-Doctoral research in theoretical economics at Fudan University.
